Salary: £80 to £95 per day

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with SEN and implement various teaching methods to meet their unique requirements.
  • Assist teachers during lessons, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused.
  • Employ behavior management strategies and promote positivity in the classroom.
  • Prepare and organize teaching materials, visual aids, and resources.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), parents, and external agencies.
  • Maintain essential records of student progress and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching assistant qualification (Certificate or Diploma in Childcare and Education).
  • Experience working with individuals with severe learning difficulties or other SEN.
