• Clinical Nursing Care: Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
• Leadership and Guidance: Act as a Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Workplace Safety: Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards: Possess a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulations.
• Clinical Knowledge and Coaching: Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues, and possess effective coaching/training skills.
• Communication and Conflict Resolution: Showcase strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with effective conflict resolution skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
• IT Competence: Possess competent IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software and systems.
