Job OverviewWe are seeking committed individuals to join our team as Childcare Educators (Cert III) at our Knox region Kindergartens. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young Australians while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Role DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide education and care for children aged 3-4 years, focusing on building strong relationships and creating an inclusive environment that fosters learning and growth. The role involves working collaboratively with the existing passionate team to deliver high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and develop essential skills.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.
- Achieved or currently studying ACCEQA recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
