About the RoleThe Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead a high-performing grounds team in delivering elite-level sports turf management.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the presentation and preparation of playing fields and cricket wickets, ensuring they meet national and international standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, sports partners, external contractors, and media.
- Proven experience in turf management, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in turf and wicket management, with the ability to implement innovative practices and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a key member of the grounds team, you will be responsible for implementing best practices in turf management, leading a high-performing team, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
