Job Overview

This role involves managing procurement activities to meet required timelines, overseeing accurate and timely invoice receipting and processing according to standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and procure goods and services in line with our procurement framework.
  • Manage procurement activities to meet required timelines.
  • Oversee accurate and timely invoice receipting and processing.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining sector.
  • Formal qualifications in Commercial, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence business improvement initiatives.
  • Experience advising on streamlining P2P processes, strategic sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience leading or mentoring teams.
  • Capable of coordinating purchasing activities in fast-paced environments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with experience across projects and operations highly regarded.
