About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead Salveo Healthcare Limited in its mission to keep Tasmanians out of hospital and enjoying a healthy life at home in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership to the organization, aligning with our purpose of improving community health outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support growth and enhance the quality of our services.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, community partners, and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure the financial sustainability of the organization through sound financial management and innovative funding strategies.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team to achieve their full potential.
About You

We are looking for a proven leader with a track record of driving organizational growth and innovation in the health or human services sector. You will have strong strategic thinking abilities, excellent financial acumen, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

You will be passionate about improving community health outcomes and committed to our purpose of keeping Tasmanians out of hospital and enjoying a healthy life at home in their community.
