Corporate Travel Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management, with expertise in GDS systems and excellent customer service skills.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional travel experiences and meet their evolving needs.
  • Provide expert advice on travel options, itineraries, and booking processes to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with key clients to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Design and deliver customized travel programs that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance travel experiences and business results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, with Sabre highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
