About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diploma Educator to join our team at Bendigo Preschool. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners.
Job Description:
In this part-time fixed-term contract, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that foster children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work collaboratively with our experienced educators to ensure a smooth and seamless transition between programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each child's unique needs and interests
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes social skills and emotional intelligence
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
