Diploma Educator Bendigo Preschool

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at YMCA Ballarat.
As a Diploma Educator, you will have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and collaborate with a passionate team of educators who encourage creativity and teamwork.
You will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment and following the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) guidelines.
About You- You must have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or be working towards it).
- You should have VIT registration as an ECT.
- You should have a strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks.
- You should have the ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centred learning activities.
- You must have a valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them).
- You should have a friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings.
