As a seasoned professional in the culinary field, you will be working in a dynamic environment where your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences will bring joy to our guests. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about food and eager to add value in a fast-paced environment that encourages innovation and growth within a global brand. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be a motivated team player with a positive attitude who is interested in progressing your culinary career, developing your skills, and working within various kitchen operations.

You will be responsible for producing a wide range of quality products while exercising your knowledge of hygiene and food safety and maintaining our high guest service standards. You will bring with you your genuine and friendly personality, which will complement our dynamic and professional Culinary Team.

Key Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years previous culinary experience (experience in a hotel or restaurant environment highly desirable)
  • Grill experience an advantage
  • Commercial cookery certification required
  • Experience with a food safety system such as HACCAP desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm to learn new things
  • A can-do attitude

The ability to work a rotating roster including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as well as Australian work rights, is a must.
