**About the Role**:
This role is responsible for:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for your portfolio including role briefing, development of sourcing strategy, drafting and posting adverts, screening, coordinating interviews, completing compliance checks and contract generation
- Collaborate on key recruitment projects, for example: Electronic Medical Records Project at Northern Health
- Manage social media presence and networking with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement for NH recruitment process

**This position is ongoing Full Time (Salary $92,856.40 per annum + Superannuation + Salary Packaging Options), based in our offices at Northern Health, Epping.**

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Ideally, you will have strong working experience in a high-volume recruitment role, preferably in **healthcare**:

- Be dynamic and adaptable to a changing work environment is essential
- The ability to quickly build rapport and engage with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. A ‘can do’ attitude is also advantageous
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with exposure to healthcare recruitment
- Working familiarity with Success Factors + LinkedIn Recruiter experience
