We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

As part of our team, you'll be working on complex and interesting deals, leveraging your skills in conveyancing and property settlements, commercial leases, contracts of sale, and more.

With over 110 partners, our teams are well-equipped to support your growth and development as a Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing conveyancing and property settlements across Victoria through PEXA platform
  • Preparing, negotiating and reviewing commercial leases, agreements for lease, licenses and related documents
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts of sale and related documents (including caveats and s27 statements) for residential and commercial properties
  • Lodging plans through SPEAR platform
  • Conducting legal research and advising on a broad range of property-related matters
  • Assisting with financial settlements across Victoria
  • Assisting with due diligence for property and commercial transactions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years' post-admission experience in property law, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.

Additionally, you should demonstrate sound judgment, strong file management and organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
