Our client is a thriving, highly successful CBD law firm recognised for its inclusive and collaborate workplace culture and for all the resources you would expect to find at a leading law firm.

About this role…
Owing to client demands this highly reputable firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer (Senior Associate level) to join their busy commercial and property practices where you will become a pivotal team member servicing high quality, corporate private enterprise clients operating across varied industry sectors. Working on broad ranging property matters, no two days are likely to be the same

Property Law experience:

- commercial & residential conveyancing,
- complex property matters,
- commercial leasing, and
- subdivisions and building developments.

About You…
To be successful in this role it is envisaged you will be:-

- a Lawyer with 5+ years' commercial property law experience, across a wide range of property law matters;
- commercially savvy & pragmatic;
- dedicated and driven to achieve positive client solutions and results;
- a great communicator (both written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail particularly in document preparation;
- able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
