Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management professional to join our team. As a consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will participate in new and existing implementations, leveraging your expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and Supply Chain Management. This role combines strong technical and business skills, requiring functional experience with SAP modules, deep consulting skills, and practical experience in managing people, delivery teams, and project management.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in SAP Enterprise Asset Management and Supply Chain Management, with extensive experience in the Plant Maintenance modules, across at least 4 full implementations in various roles. End-to-end project experience encompassing process design, planning, and management; execution of the build through to go-live is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive demonstrable SAP implementation experience, including at least 4 full end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Strong knowledge in the SAP PM domain and general knowledge of other SAP modules.
  • Previous history performing FITGAP analysis and leading workshops with client business representatives and Process Architects.
  • Customisation experience of SAP EAM solutions and understanding of core data structures and data flows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions in the SAP EAM PM domain to address gaps to meet business needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-profile activities to tight timescales.
  • Success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload with minimal oversight, escalating where necessary to address potential risks or resolve issues.
  • Holds a valid security clearance or is able to obtain clearance.
