The East Pantry seeks a dedicated and customer-focused all-rounder to fill this full-time position.

**Job Summary:**

This role is ideal for someone who can provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers
  • Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with setting up and packing down the dining area
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar position (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Flexibility to work, including evenings, weekends & public holidays

**Benefits:**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26.00 - $29.00 per hour.
