Resort Allrounder Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to fill the role of Resort All Rounder at our premier vacation club.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • You will also contribute to the Food and Beverage operations, working collaboratively with our culinary team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
  • In addition, you will be an integral member of the Housekeeping team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presenting our resort in its best possible light.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality/customer service environment (though not essential)
  • Knowledge of computerised front office management systems (desirable but not essential)
  • An outgoing personality with a passion for delivering superior quality customer service
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional appearance and telephone manner
  • Flexibility to cover morning, afternoon or evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • The ability to perform tasks with limited supervision
