Leading a pre-school room is an esteemed position that requires strong leadership skills, passion for education and the ability to foster a nurturing environment for children aged 3-5 years.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills with the ability to motivate a team of educators. A background in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.

We are seeking an experienced educator who can develop and implement engaging programs and event planning for the room, while also ensuring smooth running of the preschool environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the room and staff.
  • Developing and implementing engaging programs and event planning for the room.
  • Coordinating transition to school programs.
  • Building positive relationships with staff, children, and families through effective communication.

A Centre Director will provide training and support to ensure your success in this challenging yet rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Operations

You will oversee the daily operations of the room, including managing staff and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment.

Program Development

You will work with our team to design and implement engaging programs that meet the needs of our children.

Transition to School Programs

You will coordinate our transition to school programs, ensuring a smooth transition for our children.

Communication

You will build strong relationships with staff, children and their families through effective communication.
