The primary goal of this role is to provide expert advice and support in the areas of payroll and recruitment.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process all transactions related to salary payments, including new employments, terminations, and personnel movements on a daily basis.
- Award Provisions: Interpret and apply award provisions when calculating and coding timesheets, addressing any arising issues with managers and staff.
- Human Resource Services: Offer assistance and guidance to managers and staff on diverse human resource services, focusing on payroll and recruitment matters.
About the Role:
- This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the Human Resource Services team.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and achieve organizational objectives.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of award provisions and their application in payroll processing.
- Detailed understanding of human resource services, particularly in the context of payroll and recruitment.
