Client Relations Specialist

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Westpac's Reynella branch. As a Personal Banking Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing transactional and savings needs, and connecting customers with other specialists when required.

This is a part-time opportunity available from Monday to Thursday (9am – 4.15pm) and Friday (9am -5.15pm). Travel between this branch network will be required to cover planned and unplanned leave for other branches across the Southern Adelaide region.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing role with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. You should also have numerical skills, proficiency in handling cash, and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy.

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
