Operational Excellence Leader

This is a dynamic opportunity to partner with frontline leaders, drive accountability, and support our WHSE transformation.

Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering proactive coaching and capability-building across operational teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Supporting critical risk reduction initiatives – particularly around machinery safety, Chain of responsibility & Respirable Crystalline Silica.
  • Conducting thorough incident investigations and developing preventative action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Helping implement and embed an onboarding framework to reduce workplace injuries in new hires.
  • Ensuring alignment with our SH&E Management System and legislative requirements.
