About Our Team

We are a diverse team within the Product Platform Group, working together to make our product more accessible to all users. We tackle complex challenges, from building assistive design features to embedding universal design thinking across the product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of frontend engineers focused on accessibility and building inclusive experiences
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers to achieve team impact and individual growth
  • Partnering closely with subject matter experts and leads across Product Platform
  • Developing a roadmap of accessibility features and foundational continuous accessibility tools
  • Guiding delivery of scalable systems that empower all users – regardless of ability
  • Championing quality, team happiness, and sustainable delivery practices

  • You've driven significant technical changes as both a leader and hands-on contributor

  • You're passionate about inclusive design, even if you're not an accessibility expert (yet)
