Corporate Support Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide high-level corporate and business support to our Director and Program Managers. This role is responsible for directing and coordinating activities within the Directorate, including human resources, financial management, and business systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • They will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to senior managers, as well as developing and implementing business plans and strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business systems, processes, and procedures, as well as experience in leading and managing teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

In addition to their technical skills and experience, the ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 per annum. Benefits include 12% employer contributed superannuation, access to salary packaging arrangements, and professional development opportunities.
