The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential territory across Sydney and greater New South Wales.

You will be stepping into a role where the foundations are already in place over 130 hospital and day surgery accounts, backed by major health groups. However, the real growth opportunities are still ahead of you.

Key Responsibilities

">

You will focus on consumables in anaesthetics, maternity and theatre, where demand is strong and immediate opportunities exist.

">

At the same time, you will identify and develop longer-cycle capital equipment opportunities, supported by an experienced team of product managers and service specialists.

">

This consultative sales role requires you to listen, identify needs, and connect the dots between consumables, capital and service.

Your Impact

This is not a maintenance role; it's an opportunity to shape the NSW territory, build lasting relationships with procurement and clinical teams, and convert service trust into commercial opportunities.

Your influence will be visible at the highest levels of the organisation, with senior leadership invested in your success and decisions made quickly to support growth.

Requirements

">

You may be a nurse or theatre professional who has transitioned into sales, or a consumables representative with experience and a desire for more.

You will need to be structured, resilient and entrepreneurial, motivated by the chance to build, grow and see the results of your work directly influence business outcomes.
