Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities within our mill area.

This involves ensuring the continuous operation of the mill, minimizing downtime, and implementing safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel in the safe and effective operation of the processing plant.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed according to company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities of the processing plant, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment condition to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
  • Report and document maintenance activities, work orders, and completed tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a heavy industry environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of processing equipment and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
  • Strong focus on safety and adherence to safety standards.
