- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Café Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of coffee making and barista skills.
- Food Handling Certificate: Current Food Handling Certificate, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe food handling environment.
- First Aid and CPR: Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) and CPR Certificate, with the ability to respond to emergencies and provide first aid when needed.
- Flexibility: Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
