Civil Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a leader to oversee the execution of civil projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate site teams to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Safety First: Ensure a safe working environment for all team members by identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular audits and environmental risk assessments.
- Quality and Efficiency: Monitor and maintain high-quality work standards while ensuring timely project completion within budget constraints.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Foster a positive team culture and lead by example to motivate and support team members in achieving project goals.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines. They will also have proven technical knowledge of civil construction projects, as well as the ability to positively influence and lead a team.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing daily site operations, including scheduling, forecasting, procurement, and management of materials, plant, personnel, and subcontractors.
- Monitoring weekly/monthly program and identifying delays.
- Achieving daily productivity targets and managing/monitoring project costs.
- Giving feedback to the Project Manager on individual and team performance, safety, quality, and timeliness of work.
