As a key player in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects, we are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works are completed to design, quality and time expectations. This includes administering contracts, monitoring project milestones, and liaising with contractors, clients and consultants.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to provide leadership and support to junior engineers and other team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Administering construction works contracts
    • Monitoring project milestones and deadlines
    • Liaising with contractors, clients and consultants
    • Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a suitable Diploma Level qualification
  • Minimum 4 years' professional experience in civil infrastructure, particularly land subdivisions
  • A valid Driver's Licence and White Card

Additionally, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
