Vehicle Remarketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our remarketing efforts and drive optimal fleet outcomes through effective supply chain management.

  • End-to-end de-fleet process management
  • Maximizing economic value during and at end of lease, and minimizing disposal costs and expenses
  • Asset stock management within required KPIs through third-party service providers and internal systems
  • Third-party service provider management, including auction and vehicle sale channels, inspection services, repairers, and other end-of-lease partners
  • Vehicle portfolio mix accountability and formulating strategies for optimal sale outcomes
  • Maintaining remarketing business processes, including end-of-lease requirements, fair wear and tear policies, and training documents
  • Effective people management, including team member performance reviews, development plans, training, and support
Key Qualifications:

Commercial experience in Leasing, Finance, or Automotive industry

Understanding of pricing levers of remarketing and leasing

Proven history of developing pricing and profit strategies with an analytical view

People Management Experience

Ability to deliver favorable customer outcomes while partnering with internal and external stakeholders in complex situations

Sound product development experience
