THE ROLE
As an Instore Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maximizing store sales and profit through the execution of visual merchandise directives and outstanding store presentation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing in-store creative concepts, including windows and mannequins, to drive the brand vision and deliver a world-class shopping experience.
- Conducting daily walk-throughs with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Department Managers to plan VM actions for the week.
- Reviewing weekly sales reports to make effective decisions on store layout and VM actions for the week, and completing follow-up tasks.
- Analyzing range, product mix, and stock reports on a weekly basis, and implementing moves as agreed with the Store Manager based on customer demographic and sell-through of product.
- Remaining aware of competitor activity to ensure JD Group remains current and reactive to customer needs.
- Supporting the Store Manager and management team on best practice to ensure company standards are maintained.
- Inspiring, training, and supporting the store-based team to drive a world-class experience for JD customers.
- Engaging in housekeeping tasks to upkeep store presentation standards.

- Experience in a Visual Merchandiser role with a fashion retailer.
- A passion for fashion, creativity, and a strong knowledge of our brands.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to execute daily priorities in a timely manner.
- Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- The ability to adapt to continuously changing processes and procedures due to JD Group's rapid growth.
