About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled cost planner to lead our project's cost planning and estimating outputs throughout the lifecycle, from concept design to final cost analysis.

This role requires exceptional technical skills in measurement and preparation of bills of quantities. Strong local industry networks and knowledge of the subcontractor market are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in building and construction, with a background in creating cost plans and estimates for large-scale construction projects.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Measurement and preparation of bills of quantities
    • Cost planning and estimating for large-scale construction projects
  • Qualifications:
    • Relevant university qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or equivalent
