Graduate Development Program Overview

The Graduate Development Program is a two-year program designed for recent graduates to launch their consulting career.

As a Civil Engineer, you will be part of our Rail team, working on delivering innovative solutions that keep trains moving and infrastructure resilient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team to deliver major rail projects and making a valued contribution to these projects.
  • Designing and optimizing track structures and alignments that power safe, efficient, and high-performance rail networks.
  • Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, and contributing to technical reports, designs & specifications, proposals, and presentations.
  • Tackling complex challenges in special trackwork and transit space design, ensuring every curve, turnout, and crossover meets exacting standards.
