Job Role:

This role involves operating heavy machinery, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining a safe working environment. You will be responsible for loading raw materials into conveyors, managing the yard, loading and unloading deliveries, and operating a forklift with a grab attachment safely.

As a skilled operator, you will be able to work autonomously, provide guidance to others, and contribute to process improvements. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading raw recycled material into conveyors using front end loaders or skid steers.
  • Managing safety practices in the yard, including traffic management and contractor supervision.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries from internal and external parties.
  • Operating a forklift with a grab attachment safely.
  • Maintaining equipment and performing regular maintenance tasks.
Requirements:

You will need prior experience operating heavy machinery, preferably forklifts, front end loaders, and/or skid steers. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
