About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and execute customized business strategies to retain and grow recurring revenue within assigned customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Drive subscription and end-customer retention, renewal, and up-sell rates through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or project management.
  • Strong technical acumen and excellent customer engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts within a territory, driving adoption and ensuring satisfaction and renewal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and influencing others.
