Job Overview

We are seeking an individual to fill a critical role in our organisation, responsible for providing strategic advice and support to deliver exceptional outcomes.

This is a highly versatile position that will focus on various aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, performance management, change management, workforce planning, engagement, training and development, coaching and career talent management.

  1. Develop and execute plans that align with business objectives and drive high-performance results.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring people objectives and outcomes are achieved.
  3. Support the resolution of employee relations issues, providing timely, accurate and legally compliant advice.
  4. Develop and implement talent and organisational design strategies to ensure efficient structures and processes.
  5. Lead change management initiatives, designing and implementing successful changes that meet business needs.
  6. Assist in industrial relations, providing guidance on negotiations to achieve commercially viable outcomes.
  7. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide advice and support on talent acquisition and remuneration strategies.
  8. Contribute to business initiatives to optimise workforce efficiencies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a complex business environment.
  • Experience in culture, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, as well as project delivery.
  • Knowledge of change and talent management principles.
  • Understanding of relevant employment law and legislation, including unionised environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills – both verbal and written.
