Support Caseworker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Caseworker to join our team at CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay. The successful applicant will provide high-quality support services to individuals and families affected by domestic violence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive case management services to support families in need.
- Develop and implement individualized safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide advocacy and support services.
- Conduct intake assessments and triage to determine client needs and develop strategies for support.
- Deliver group facilitation sessions on family education and other relevant topics.
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in case management working with victims of domestic violence.
- Understanding of NSW Human Services Outcomes Framework.
- Solid knowledge of parenting programs and ability to facilitate such programs.
- Demonstrated practice experience relating to current Child Protection and DFV legislation.
- Ability to demonstrate networking and advocacy skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A Working With Children Check and Criminal History Check.
- A NSW Driver's Licence and insured vehicle.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Tuggerah, with travel across the Central Coast visiting families in their residential homes or in the community.
Estimated Salary:$43,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
