About the Role

Marsden Park Anglican College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our Executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for championing corporate and administrative excellence at the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operations portfolio, including finance, operations, administration, property, maintenance, IT, policy and compliance, risk, work health and safety, and human resources.
  • Work closely with the Principal and Executive team to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant school environment.
  • Support the educational, spiritual, and pastoral development of students by ensuring a high-quality learning environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and oversee the College's human resources, enrolments, marketing, and communications functions.
