Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading a small team of Ground Persons. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of Ground Persons to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service skills
  • Project manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
  • Perform hands-on maintenance activities, including operating ride on mowers and other equipment

About You:

  • Hold a horticulture qualification or equivalent experience
  • Hold a valid white card and Chemcert certifications
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused approach to work
  • Have prior experience leading a highly engaged team
