Highly Motivated Financial Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting and advisory firm, you will be responsible for providing high-quality compliance and business advisory services to our corporate clients.
Your primary focus will be on preparing and reviewing compliance work for companies, trusts, and individuals. You will also support outsourced accounting staff, review their work, and liaise with clients over the phone and via email.
In addition, you will assist senior team members with tax planning, structuring, and advisory work, as well as general client management, queries, and ongoing relationship support.
Requirements- Around 5 years of experience in a public practice accounting firm
- Strong compliance background (especially with companies and trusts)
- A desire to engage more with clients and step into an advisory space
- Confidence in reviewing others' work and helping to manage workflow
- Familiarity with Xero, XPM, and ideally FYI Docs (though not essential)
You will be part of a supportive and professional team with a good mix of experienced team members and junior staff. We offer opportunities for continued skill development, particularly in advisory, if that's a direction you'd like to pursue.
