ACE Training is a leading provider of heavy machinery and construction training in regional Victoria. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality training and assessment services, we are seeking experienced and professional Trainer/Assessors to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for skilled and experienced Trainer/Assessors to facilitate Dogging, Rigging (Basic & Intermediate), and Crane specialisms. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and relevant training & assessment services, ensuring content and delivery meets ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training and assessment services to students
  • Ensure training content and delivery meets regulatory requirements
  • Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging training
  • Maintain equipment and training venues to ensure safety and serviceability
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
Requirements
  • Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
  • High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
  • Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
  • Accredited by Work Safe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
  • Eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
