Job Title: Business Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant to join our team, working closely with clients to analyze different approaches, evaluate solutions, and implement the best method to meet their requirements efficiently.

This exciting opportunity can be performed from anywhere in Australia, and we welcome applications from all backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding Local Government regulations and processes
  • Training users/clients on using software
  • Testing configuration and collaborating with colleagues to deliver on requirements
  • Creating Workflows or Dashboards and troubleshooting issues
  • Advising on system improvements and system configuration of Property & Rating Solutions
  • Preparing Documents and reports and providing post-implementation support
Requirements:
  • Local Government experience is highly desirable
  • Experience within the TechnologyOne CiA Property & Rating Space or Infor Pathway
  • Experience working on Revenue / Rating and Compliance is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and can-do attitude
