Christian Yoga Instructor Wanted

Be Still Movement seeks a qualified yoga instructor to lead Christ-centred movement and meditation classes in churches throughout Sydney and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be a committed member of a church, with minimum 200 hours yoga teacher training, and experience adapting postures for participants with movement restrictions. They should be open-hearted, willing to learn and share wisdom as a team player.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead weekly yoga classes that combine physical movements, mindfulness and breath techniques with Bible-based teaching
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local churches and community groups to promote the ministry
  • Collaborate with other instructors to create new content and improve existing programs
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Minimum 200 hours yoga teacher training
  • Experience: Adapting postures for participants with movement restrictions
  • Personality: Open-hearted, willing to learn and share wisdom as a team player
