Senior Leadership Role

This is a parental leave cover contract. As a key role in the People Team, you will shape and drive our employment relations strategy during a period of major business transformation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise agreement negotiations to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage industrial relations matters, including litigation, disputes, and engagement with external bodies.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to senior leaders, especially during organisational change.
  • Work closely with operational teams on complex consultation projects.
  • Oversee employee relations issues, including policy development and investigations.
  • Develop ER frameworks that reflect legislative updates and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead a team of ER professionals across the region to deliver consistent outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of employment law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
