Clinic Support Assistant

We are seeking an organised and efficient Clinic Support Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role will provide administrative support to clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritise effectively, and possess strong organisational abilities. Key responsibilities for this role include greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing administrative support to medical staff as needed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Completion of Year 12 with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Well established organisational and administrative skills, including time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with staff and external clients.
  • A client-focused approach, excellent presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a team environment.
