About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet the requirements of our customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, QAs, and other engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in the technical delivery of the squad, from designing solutions to deploying them and ensuring correct operation.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern engineering practices and disciplines, and provide input to team processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in.NET skills, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, and Entity Framework.
  • Demonstrable experience in Unit Testing Principles and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation, and Strong MS SQL Server.
  • Highly advantageous experience with Azure cloud services and Event-driven architecture.
