Occupational Therapist Job SummaryWork Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Sector: NDIS / Community Health
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an OT in our organisation, you will work closely with participants, their families and carers to develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment goals that promote independence and well-being
- Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support physical, emotional and cognitive development
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Staying up-to-date with best practices and research in Occupational Therapy
Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Passion for working in the disability sector and commitment to delivering high-quality services
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
