Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency across all marketing channels.
- Write and edit clear, concise, and persuasive copy for web pages, eDMs, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.
- Deliver messaging strategies and supporting communications across a range of marketing campaigns.
- Enhance the effectiveness of lifecycle email communications through strategic content development.
- Craft engaging and concise marketing eDMs, blogs, website content, and app microcopy that resonate with our target audience.
- Review and update support articles and UX copy to provide accurate and user-friendly information.
- Ensure best practice standards are met and adhered to across all communications and channels.
- Contribute creative ideas and strategies for campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach a broader audience.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UX Copywriter or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/Digital writing and content strategy skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
