About the Role

Jensen Hughes is a global leader in Building Code and Accessibility advisory solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist directors and managers in delivering services within timeframes, cost, and quality.
  • Source new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
  • Develop fee proposals and collaborate with clients to define project scope and needs.
  • Provide proactive project delivery and client communication.
  • Review and assess various development stages, including out-of-scope works, on-site assessments, and reporting.
  • Manage workflow and work output within client deadlines.
  • Meet monthly invoicing targets.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Advice and interpretation of Access provisions in Building Regulations and relevant documents.
  • Expertise in Universal Design and Disability Discrimination Act.
  • Knowledge of Livable Housing Design Standards.
  • Application of Access Regulations to project design and development.
  • Negotiation with Building Regulatory Authorities.
  • Assessment of Development Approval conditions.
