Lead Children's Services Professional

We seek a visionary leader to drive the delivery of high-quality services focused on exceptional customer experiences and growth.

This exciting opportunity encompasses the management of children's services, including OOHC, in-home supports, and NDIS funded supports. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people, as well as a comprehensive understanding of human rights, trauma-informed principles, and approaches.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, with the proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through authentic engagement. They will also have a strong commitment to governance and compliance with standards and child protection legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of professionals
  • Managing the delivery of outcomes for children and young people
  • Effective management and leadership of services
  • Supporting the expansion of services provided in the region

**Requirements:**
- Minimum five years' experience in a middle management role or suitably qualified disability services professional
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s (e.g., Child Youth & Family/Community Services)
- A willingness and commitment to exercise self-reflection and improve as a leader
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence and capability to use a range of systems and technology
