About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our impact measurement strategy and drive organisational capability. This is a newly created role that will deliver the roadmap for research, evaluation, and impact initiatives as part of our five-year strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a trauma-informed service model
  • Embed policies, protocols, and practices across the organisation
  • Drive evidence-informed practice and contribute to policy and advocacy approaches
  • Upskill and work with service/program owners to implement impact measurement plans
  • Build relationships and collaboration opportunities with universities, sector advocacy groups, and other service organisations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in research, measurement, and evaluation methodologies in human services or healthcare
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and impact management strategies
  • Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences
  • Tertiary qualifications in social or behavioural sciences or evaluation
