Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a Creditors Clerk position. This role will involve managing purchasing processes, general retail operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Friendly communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in bookkeeping, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling, and general Adhoc tasks
  • Preparation and completion of end-of-month accounts
  • Experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient computer skills with strong knowledge in Excel and Word
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and make timely decisions to ensure happy customers
